Job Description:
| • HVAC design basis, functional requirements and control/operational philosophies. • Heating and cooling calculations. • System design and control philosophies. Sub systems with major capacities and utilities requirements. • HVAC flow sheets. The flow diagrams shall include major equipment and air volumes for the HVAC sub systems. • HVAC functional specification. • HVAC P&ID’s and schematic. • HVAC load requirements. • HVAC System Control Diagrams. • HVAC calculations necessary to define equipment sizes and layouts. • HVAC control and electrical layout drawings. • Interface with Architectural and building services. • HVAC data sheets. • VAC material and workmanship specification. • Equipment list with all the equipment required for HVAC. |
Application Requirements:
| • The job requires a deep understanding of physics and thermodynamics. • Ability to use complex computer aided design (CAD). • Problem solving abilities. • Systematic thinker and good organizational skills/ time management. • Strong personality with ability to be firm and persuasive without authority. • Team player within and across functions. • Sensitive to Client’s requirements and Client-focused.
